Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange. 

Returns

  • All returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with tags and in the original packaging.

 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@slayshape.us.
After receiving confirmation, you will be provided with the appropriate return address.

Once confirmed:

  1. Place the item securely in its original packaging along with any return form provided.
  2. Ship the item back using a trackable method (customers are responsible for return shipping charges).
  3. For a smooth process, please provide us with a photo of the items inside the package at your shipping facility before mailing them.

 Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

 Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Inspect your order upon receipt.
  2. Take clear photos/videos of the damage, including packaging.
  3. Email the documentation to info@slayshape.us within 14 days of delivery.
    If confirmed as a shipping or product fault, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible.

 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Must include original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of used items.
  • In some cases, we may send a replacement without requiring a return. If you are unsatisfied with the replacement, both the original and replacement must be returned to qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement.
